Criminal Law
William has quickly developed a strong criminal defence practice, having successfully conducted trials in the Crown, Magistrates’ and Youth courts. He has defended clients accused of serious crimes such as robbery, fraud and ABH. He has a growing private practice and is frequently instructed in road traffic offences.

William regularly prosecutes on behalf of the Royal Mail Group, having appeared at numerous hearings across London and the South East. He has also been instructed as a trial advocate by the CPS.

Regulatory and Public Law
William has appeared on behalf of the TV Licensing Authority at appellate level in the Crown Court.

William has a particular interest in public law, especially judicial review.
