Practice Areas and Specialisations

David is a practising door tenant and practises mainly at the Bar of Northern Ireland in a full range of criminal cases including regulatory crime. He is instructed by both the prosecution and the defence and has acted in cases involving terrorism, homicide and serious sexual offences. He has particular expertise in cross-jurisdictional matters.

David is a member of the Public Prosecution Service's Panel of Junior Counsel and is instructed by the Serious Fraud Office.
