Practice Areas and Specialisations

Constance has a broad practice, which includes the whole range of criminal offences, in particuar fraud, serious violence, firearms, drugs, murder, manslaughter, infanticide, gang related violence and serious historic/recent sexual offences.

 

Constance also undertakes tribunal work, as well as public enquiries and inquiries into child deaths following serious neglect/abuse. She is happy to represent local authorities, social workers and other responsible clinicians.

 

Constance has a particular interest in murder, including Trident murder cases, neglect, serious child sexual and physical abuse. Punishment penetration, gang rape and human trafficking.

 

Private work is welcomed and an hourly rate can be negotiated with the senior clerk.
